Austria’s Nationalteam travels to Glyfada on Thursday for its last European League 2010 matches against Greece on Friday and Saturday.

The Austrians will be without Sebastian Schweighofer and Fred Laure who are ill. Now Philipp Kroiss will take over as libero. Markus Hirczy is back for the first time after battling knee problems. “We have to play point for point against Greece. Then we’ll see what’s possible”, said OEVV-Headcoach Michael Warm.

While Greece cannot reach the Final Four anymore, the hosts will still look to finish strong in front of their home crowd. The Austrians have shown on the other hand have shown that they can beat Greece, when they celebrated a win in their first European League game this year in Salzburg.
